MOZZAでピザのTake outをしました。このレストランはMario Batali（アメリカの料理の鉄人の１人です）のレストランなのですが、約１ヶ月後しかリザベーションがとれない程人気のレストランです。今日のランチはそこのTake out コーナーMOZZA 2goでピザをTake outをすることにしました。オ–ダーしたピザはMargherita with mozzarella, tomato, & basil とWhite anchovy, tomato & chiles の２種類でサイズは約１０inches／各でしたが、普通のピザからすれば非常に高い値段です。しかしクラストがもの凄く美味しい，もちもちでカリッとしてて、なかなか他では味あえないピザ生地でした，そしてチーズもおいしかったです。高いけど大満足なランチをいただきました。
